Shrimp with onion and jalapeno, served over yellow rice.

Shrimp were dredged in a mix of flower, corn stsarch, cayenne and cilantro, sauteed, removed then then the sliced onion, jalepeno and garlic were sauteed, shrimp added back and the oan deglazed with a quick stock made from the shrimp shells.

Finished with a squeze of lime.

Wtf is wrong with clear glass and solid color plates?  Is your entire house covered in decorative wall paper?

Bizzaro Spaz!

Fun story: Our entire house, every square inch of walls and ceiling had a minimum of 2 layers wallpaper when we bought it. Took me a solid 2 months of scraping to get it all off.:dismay:

I hate plain white. Its boring. I should have tavernite plates made with somebody's face on each plate. Eat yo face!!!

I’m glad my place does paper bags. It’s how I start my charcoal.

The ones in charleston use paper,  I never thought about using them to start charcoal  lol

You live closer to communist country than I thought.  My old neighbor moved to Charleston,  said I'd hate it.  His entire fancy neighborhood is from Ohio, mass or NY.

I just pulled the plug on the teaching gig.

First, the lady who runs the department wanted to "co-instruct" with me, then the dopey HR department insisted on an actual social security card and the final straw this morning was an email from them asking (telling) me to attend a 5 to 6 hour "training" course.  I called the HR lady the other day to discuss the social security card and she hasn't returned my call, but felt it ok to send me an email.  Eff it, I'll find something else to scratch that itch.

Teach a clam digging class. It's a win win, you get money and clams.
