I've got 4 dozen little necks still and 3 sourdough, 48 Hour cold fermented pizza dough's ready to go in the fridge.

 

Never had it, other than hearing from you guys, wouldn't even know it existed.

 

Learn me up.  Can I do a red and a white one?  What else goes on it?
