*Hostile use can be a simple as a neighbor driving across a corner of your property to access their own. If they do it 10-20 years (depends on state) they can claim that land as their own.

Some states also define it as "open and notorious"....

I like that :th:

Additionally, you don't HAVE to be the occupant for the entire 'waiting' period in many states. This means that if you purchased the property and "open and notorious " behavior was

displayed by the former owners, that time period may be carried over and applied to the total waiting period provided you can prove "open and notorious " use.

Any how. I stayed at the hunting spot last night. I just got home. The shrubs do look nice but they are just in a silly spot. I get a pic of where they end it just looks so silly. I am available after 1-1-15. Last winter was dead. I really wanted to get out of the house for a few days and paint or some thing. Any how I am still getting closer to the deer. Crummy day today.

Disagree - I can have hostile intentions even while smiling and feeding the chipmunks on the Green Acres

No one can see intentions, Tim. We're trying to build a case here.

You know it must be a penguin bound down if you hear that terrible screaming and there ain't no other birds around.

The monument is right there  in the line a few feet ner the first shrub. That first hole is positively on to my side.

Odd choice of plant for a hedge, not to mention pricey. They look like leather leaf viburnum.

Poor choice for an exposed site.

Between the deer and winter winds they won't look to good coming out of winter.

That's what it is. The guy does have some coin. I think they will dry up this summer. They are never home. I guess deer eat them.
