SG1
I have a life time pass for entry to the state park and a annual sport fishing permit. If I go to the kayak launch and park since I have both I should be good right Yes, you should be good. The only time it would be an issue is if the park is closed (full). They still allow MSVP holders in assuming they are going to the beach and not taking a spot. Obviously this is a technicality which is rarely an issue. There are other bigger problems with MSVP abuse than parking at the kayak launch.

Bristol Lou
it was the thing to do in 2014. Thought I could rent some tents by the hour but it doesn't look like it's allowed
Buckscorider
I think my sticker will be going at the top of the windshield rather that by my inspection stickers....oh and I'll be parking in any direction I feel like that day. We should be happy if the rangers are able to use some discretion rather than hassle everyone that doesn't follow a sheet of paper. They should be able to tell the difference between fishermen and a Brooklyn style block party. Crushed barbs save fish, keep that rod bent! Jettyhound
I noticed there is no mention of tents in these new rules. I assume they are allowed now. Unless perhaps, it's assumed that tents are covered under NO CAMPING. Ambiguity is the enemy of accountability, so I guess it's going to be status quo; anything goes! Except parking in a manner inconsistent with the RULE! Be careful where you put it, my understanding was the Park had to get permission from State Police as to what location would be legal since any objects mounted on windshield have to be approved (EZ Pass, etc.) I got pulled over because of a minor infraction and cop wrote me up for having an unauthorized item on my windshield ( my wife's little plastic crab on suction cup) instead of the more stringent original violation he pulled me over for. night shade
That new sticker looks so much like a .. Failed Inspection sticker.. and I just would rather not be opening myself up to random acts of Police kindness,, even with my gold Family State Police and six other local town PBA cards.. That I elected to affix my sticker onto a piece of clear rigid plastic cut to sticker card dimensions that I'm keeping in my tire deflater pouch along w/ clear tape. Affix to window prior to entering. Certainly doing this isn't for everyone as you may lose it or forget your clear tape.

Thanks Fluke-but they likely didn't check with my state and local police. Driving to work I noticed I have a jiffy lube sticker up in the left corner, what's one more sticker way up there? Night shade you are very creative! Crushed barbs save fish, keep that rod bent!
wantofish
I haven't purchased mine yet, but if it is a"transparent" stick and not a solid sticker, then it is allowed under 39:3-74.

The backing is transparent the number and some wording are not. Mine doesn't interfere with my vision but may or may not be legal
wantofish
A state agency issued sticker, directed where it will be affixed, transparent/no interference with vision, I don't see any issue unless you create one by, NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES.
