Kings over Queens Posted August 14, 2011 Report Share Posted August 14, 2011 I just aksually had an iron chef moment. Too rainy to deal with the weber grill and smoke the ribs. Got my big roasting pan, the one I used for Turkeys. Put a rack in it, beer and cider vinegar on the bottom, rubbed up my ribs, put them on the rack. Took a chunk of smoking wood I had burning on the stove top (wife was none to happy with a smoking inferno on the stove) Put smoking wood into roasting pan, seal with foil, in the oven.
