cow tamer
I somewhat caught a 13" BSB while out toggin. Got a bite, swung back and felt something that wasn't right . Reeled in and saw the braid that I snagged ,pulled the rest of the 60 yds of it, attached was 2 3oz sinkers and a 13" BSB gut hooked ,I snipped the line and released it. BSB = baby striped bass ? bosnae
Very slow last night. The good news is that the back bays were packed with finger mullet. Maybe that will finally get some bass closer to shore

Kooky
Anyone finding really weedy conditions with all this NE and decent waves? Was a little on tues pm but not unmanagable, just wondering if has gotten worse. Fish are around but need to put in some work to find them, it has certainly not been lights out for me at least. Big swells for this weekend and beginning of next week, be safe out there!
kenomikes
I got a keeper last nite in upper bay, they were feeding on massive schools of peanut bunker. Used a white 10" hogie below the peanuts. Went albie fishing out front during the day off the rocks and beaches, no luck. On way home on Rt. 4 was behind a SUV with 2 surfboards strapped to roof. Next thing the boards fly off coming right at me into windshield. I swerve left and last second they hit the road instead of my car. Scared the hell out of me.
