Only downside is I actually have to cook more often (if you consider searing off some chops and veg cooking). I quit smoking at the same time and I'm 30 lbs lighter and feel great. Been using the one in my pic for about 7 years I think. I cook a lot over indirect heat when using my grills and it is essential to keep the heat correct on the unlit side.
