With it is red snapper that i seared with a corn starch crust on the skin side. then I put japanese spicy mayo on the flesh with panko and fish eggs. Dinner from two nights ago: Turkey burger - mixed with shredded zucchini, garlic, oats, an egg and topped with a fantastic tomato (the zucchini in turkey burgers keeps them from drying out) Summer squash saute - squash, zucchini, onions, garlic, red pepper flakes Tomato salad - various varieties of tomato that were lightly salted, then tossed with olive oil and balsamic, then topped with basil [img= Dinner from last night: Tomato and green bean salad - cooked cooled beans are tossed with goat cheese dressing (goat cheese, lemon juice, garlic), then topped with various tomatoes Spaghetti carbonara - homemade wheat spaghetti tossed with parmesan, egg, cream, bacon and peas... and lots of black pepper http://www.stripersonline.com/image/id/1824252/width/1000/height/500] Some of you Italians might kill me for adding peas, but I love em and we had some in the freezer... grow some peas FG!
