fluke07 Posted January 22, 2015 Report Share Posted January 22, 2015 Back when, on New Year's eve, there would be a line of trucks at 11:00pm waiting for midnight to get their pass. Sometimes, they would start early and you had to decide, should I stay on line and hope I got pass in time to get back to house to wish wife Happy New Year, or should I leave and come back and end up with a higher number. :waiting2: One year the attendant on duty refused to sell passes. And a low number means you are FAR SMARTER than the average bear and superior to everyone with a number higher than yours! Like, "wicked smart" as they say in New England. Additionally, it means you happened to wander into the gate house in the dead of winter! However, ALL individuals with tents trump even 0001! They are in a league of their own! BUT!
