Looks like Busty Heart. A feature dancer back 25 years ago she was at 55EEE and had them increased.

She came back to work too soon after the surgery and was doing her jumping and bouncing routine and had a blow out.

Not a pretty scene, tore open at the suture line. Pompei's in East Hartford.

Looks like it never recovered from the looks of this picture.
