OK, I got a question on sealing them that way. I assume you have an undercoat of epoxy that smooths out the edges and covers the base of the through wire - and then you scuff the epoxy a bit so the paint will hold and then paint. Is that correct? OK, so here's my question -do you cover the paint with a second coat of epoxy?

 

I'm wondering because I've been doing just one coat of epoxy at the end, but I've seen others put the epoxy on first. Does this mean you have to epoxy a second time?

 

Not completly clear on this.

 

Like that first one the best biggrin.gif Great color scheme. Do you ever tihnk of calling it "whiting".

Are you sure you always add the hooks before the bucktail, or do you sometimes add the bucktail first? wink.gif
