I always remember on Long Island (granted there were tons more than recently) they had a yellow cast to the light here upstate they look more like a bright blue LED different species?

Same, or put them in jars to look at. Always dead in the morning.

You know it must be a penguin bound down if you hear that terrible screaming and there ain't no other birds around.

When we 1st bought our home, we saw tons of fireflies. Now nothing. They're just gone. Sucks.
