Do you figure yards of rock the same as concrete

No.  Concrete is sold as a volume measurement,  stone via tonnage.

 

If you order a load of 21A the day after a rain, you're paying for a lot of h20 vs during a dry spell.

Not sure yet , they charge me by the pound if I I go pick pick it up basically ,my truck holds about 3/4 ton
