The thug even pretends like he can't snare a ****ing blind dog with a catch pole, just to give him an excuse to shoot it.

Tag ‘‘em and bag ‘em. Those shitzoos are horrible, dangerous creatures.

If you're too squeamish for this type of video, it's very censored...

The cop acts like he can't catch the dog while clearly not trying to catch the dog (he repeatedly puts the "noose" around the dog, but never tries to tighten it)  and then shoots the dog.
