Rubber worms for stripe bass

Years ago I had some large manns grape augertail worms that were 10 inches long,they worked good esp on a 3/4oz leadheads.

Even on a 2 oz bucktail too.

The late Tim Coleman did lots of damage with Berkeley 9 inch Powerworms coupled with a special jig head made by Andrus.  I also used them for quite a few years at Tim’s urging and did very well.

I never use pork rind or otter tails on bucktails , rubber twistys in different sizes and colors .
