So , I was going to stuff my lathe in a small room off the man cave.

I decided to put in in the basement with room.

And I'm done with the dust so I think I'm going to get a jet

JET 708658K DC-1100VX-5M

And also an air scrubber thingie

Along with hose and crap at some point.

5 micron should be good.

Anyway what you guys using ?

Get a grizzly unit. Same factory. Same parts. Less $$. Both of mine are going strong with daily use for years.

Those units look good and priced well. Gonna keep them in mind.

I'll ignore your cheap aroma,

and your little-bo-peep diploma,

I'll just put you in a coma,

with some dirty love-

X2 on the Grizzly dust collectors, I also have a couple that have been workhorses for me. The Grizzly G0860 - 1-1/2 HP Portable Cyclone Dust Collector has been super and the cyclone makes a big difference.

Well I'm going with that model, and air scrubber thingie.

Might as well bite the bullet

I'm going to upgrade my belt sander as well and band saw at some point

I want the powermatic band saw, that thing is nice, want to make some Adirondack chairs some day ...

Before you jump on the powermatic, check out the Laguna 14bx. Most bang for your buck imo.

I don’t have one, but I can attest to Grizzly as a company. A lot of these machines and tools are from the same manufacture. I have repaired different things with Grizzly parts and the parts actually seem better. For instance I repaired my Ridgid bandsaw with grizzly parts- same part but seemed to have less alloy in the metal and seemed much stronger

anyways @bassmaster sounds like your gonna have a nice setup!!

Was through Amazon, that's Grizzly  on there

Hmm strange what was the problem on delivery? I know you can buy online at Home Depot and pick up in store. So there’s an option.
