gotrings
i fished the canal for the first time this week. i’m a long island guy. found an interesting plug. the thing was tied with what I am guessing was 125 lb leader. Have to be honest I have lost all respect for you guys after seeing this rig… especially the knot.

The knot is a reverse triple uni. gotrings 1 The Sultan of Sluggo

Sandbar1
My most recent find, I can only assume the angler was trying to gaff the fish rather than hook them ermghoti 1 Chasing false echoes Send lawyers, guns, and money - Zevon When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro - Thompson DITCH TROLL

DAQ
Reverse triple uni is tied in the other direction, that is clearly a balloon knot. Those plugs are killer after the tinker mahi drop out of the ponds. bdowning, sams, bob_G and 1 other 3 1 Embrace American Privilege

I count 3 pieces of surplus hardware on the nose, at least 100# leader, and of yeah, that knot. I love that knot.
