Is it the cut of beef that when cooked correctly yields some outstanding rare beef for sammies? I don’t have a meat slicer so I rarely cook this cut. Would be cheaper than buying the pre sliced meat at the deli though. I like the Boars Head brand around here but Black Bear is a good brand as well.
