Ftyer
Saw a video of the dead whale outside of Shinnecock Inlet. Has anyone seen it/know where it is? In spite of the odor and general grossness, I’d love to see such a thing in person.

Towing it out to sea could well result in it drifting ashore again, and it can present a hazard to small boats running at night. The one thing that you don't want to do is dynamite the dead whale. If you haven't seen the YouTube yet, gooigle it, and have a good laugh. Vintagefishing
I saw it last Thursday. I didn’t take pics. It’s buried in sand. I could smell it Monday evening. There was an ambulance and police in parking lot by jetty too Thursday. Idk what that was about.

pequa11
With all the sonar pulsing (and later pile driving) from the wind farms that will save the world, you are likely to have many chances to see more dead whales. The money behind the wind farms insists its only a result of ship strikes, but what other year had 20 dead whales wash up in a brief period in this area? DrBob
C'mon, stop spreading those wind farm and dead whale rumors. WInd farms aren't new this year...
