I went with a 50ah because the 65ah is not in stock. I run two tm each with a dedicated battery so if the 50ah dies I can still use my second tm on the other (right now) lead battery. Curious to see which gives me more range and time. Also excited to see how the lithium does as they are not supposed to drop voltage as they discharge In theory it should give you about as much power as a 100 amp lead acid. “Shall not be infringed” was the “talk to the hand” of that period. There’s a few reasons I went with EnduroPower - I needed a battery that was easily removable so I could charge it - theres no power where I store my boat - every other major manufacturer of single cell 24V lithiums was out of stock and when I called and left a message I received no response - when I called EnduroPower I left a message and as soon as they opened for business I received a call back - discussed my needs, situation and intended use the person on the phone recommended the 24V 50Ah with the appropriate charger. During, our phone conversation I found out he was the owner of the company so if the owner takes the time to answer the phone and discuss his products with me that’s a company I want to do business with. - friends of mine use their batteries in their boats and kayaks and all had positive feedback. Having the app so I can monitor battery usage through out the day ( on multi day out of town trips ) is very useful to me. https://www.enduropowerbatteries.com/collections/baja-proconnect-series/products/enduro-power-24v-50ah-lithium-lifepo4-battery-proconnect-series All excellent points and I agree on the usefulness of the app to monitor battery condition. Next time around I'll be looking at those hard. Thanks. NewAtIt

The only one I typically hear about is Dakota Lithium. Great question!
Captain Ahab
Took the boat out last night and ran my Xi3 motor guide 55lb off the lithium battery for a few hours. With my lead acid deep cycle I would notice a slow down on power after using the spotlock for long periods. Happy to report that the lithium gave better performance I am still running a lead battery for the stern motor but plan to switch that out soon. Heck Given the size and weight of the lithium I could but 4 of those where I now have 2 standard deep cycles slicedcornbread 1 I fish fine look stupid

I have the same TM……..My battery is about 3 years old (12v 100a AGM at 45 lbs). I may put a 65 lithium in its place. That would get me more motor time and about half the weight. I am happy with the performance so far aae0130 and slicedcornbread 2 I fish fine look stupid
Mick83
Glad to hear you're happy with the V Max. I am still pondering but am very persuaded by NewAtlt's recommendation of Enduro Power. Have also heard good things about Epoch and Powerhouse and Battleborn. Dakota more bad than good, fwiw.

I ran my grizzly tracker 1648 with a 40 HP mercury on the back on an electric only lake - 2 adults on board in a stiff wind for 12 hours and made it back to the ramp no problem. the app showed that I had 2% left - it only took 5 hours to recharge. my trolling motor is a minn Kota Terrova 24v 80# so I’m def happy with Enduro Power brand. Any drop in power as you drained it? I hate that about the lead battery, voltage drop after long use. Ended up paddling on a long run ONCE as the older batterys died slowly. Never did that again! No drop in power as the voltage dropped that was apparent to me. With 2 people on board the boat came into the dock at 3.8 MPH in a strong head wind.
