I stopped by Woodman Arms in NH Friday afternoon to replace my peep sight ML stock.

Today I scouted 10 miles and found 1 shed. Saw a lot of turkeys, but no deer.

Those woodman arms look pretty slick. I may pick one up for a new ground/still hunting muzzleloader with open sites. I still love my scoped omega for sitting in a tree stand. It’s a tack driver and extremely comfortable with the thumb hole stock. My 1.5 year old daughter has made my shed hunting so far almost non existent. A couple short trips I have ended up with one fresh fork though. I need to get a few full days of scouting in I’m hoping before the summer goes into full swing. B085807F-3DEF-427B-8C2D-0314D4A9E34C.jpeg.11ada5232f7ca64a742bf6d7c8b410ad.jpeg

I wasn’t looking for sheds but went to move a “branch” off of my client’s field and it turned out to be this!

First one I’ve ever found out in the wide open.
