If it were night, I'd say a comet.  Possibly the Chinese "weather" balloon being shot down.

Was it C/2022 E3 (ZTF) aka The Green Comet?

Cool pic.  Chinese balloon was in s.c. I believe.  The green comet is too small to see in the day.  I doubt if it is an alien craft.  My bet is it's a rocket from nasa/wallops island.  They often do upper atmospheric research using rockets to get the payload up there.

No launch from Wallops, I work for NASA and showed the photo to a few friends

Stratotankers were in the area supporting the effort down in Myrtle beach, wonder if you got a pick of one with contrail?

They launched a Falcon9 yesterday. That’s exactly what the SpaceX Launch looked like here in NC a few weeks back.
