I want one of these Strategic Angler squid lures, but they’re a little out of my preferred weight class, and definitely out of my budget.

His lures are awesome, and I agree they’re pricy.

 

the price has kept me away from his larger lures like these, but his smaller stickbaits are lethal on albies, and much more tolerable for the wallet

One of my light tackle favorites are the older 5” stetzko needles, especially the pink

 

I’m gonna tie up a nice pink flag for the butt end and get some hooks on it for this spring

Yeah, I’ve started to accumulate a few of his smaller offerings.  They’re more suitable to the species I target, and you’re right, much easier (relative term here, haha) on the wallet.  Beautiful stuff.

I will at it the first time I bout one, it was one of the bullits and it was like 20$ and I had a hard time spending $20 on a 3” resin lure lol, but they sure are beautiful

I just looked at prices-I haven't bought much in the way of gigantic lures in a long time. Holy Bazzoli !  A hundred bucks?
