Block Island Aerial

Flew over Block and thought this was an interesting look at Charleston Beach (west facing shore) during yesterday's blow. Winds out of the northwest at 21 knots, gusting to 35.

Right? Pretty serious rip right there. Wouldn't want to be swimming in that, but looks amazing.

At times there is a pretty well defined parallel bar on the west side.

I wouldn’t want to be on a boat with 21 -35knots winds let alone a small plane.   With that said , that’s a beautiful shot right there !

You can fly from westerly to BI and enjoy the view. Last time I paid around $50.
