You tease.  I only have eyes for you.  Let’s schedule your proctology exam for this spring.  Mendhaden oil for lube provided.

I dunno. I’ve heard of your reputation for “catch & release” equally among dinks, twinks, and cows.

@lostinthewash

I respect the fact that you know where your limit is which is KEY to making it home safe.  Just don’t be surprised as some don’t share your sentiment.  Sad to lose anyone out there under any circumstances.
We have all had our fair share of almost “didn’t making it home” moments, so you do you.  Find the end and hold your ground.  Good luck…

RC- the funniest part here is:

I read this guy’s screen name & thought about a decent fish he dropped at his feet.

Whereas, you read “lost in the wash” and thought about a pair of underwear.

You don’t find it in the wash dummy!
You find em in the parking lot, dunes, and porta John.  So much for you to learn in so little time.
Pop Quiz!   Do you remember my preference in design and material?

I rather catch less fish on the beach than climb on jetties or set sail in a kayak both are too dangerous

Couldn't pay me to fish from the beach. So friggin boring.

Do whatever makes you happy.

You were so close yet so far.  Unfortunately, you failed this pop quiz.
Try again next month.

Just curious, why is fishing from the beach boring to you?

Honestly, there isn't a single thing that I enjoy about it.

Other people around, lack of structure, zero shelter from the weather (sun, wind, precip, etc), the extreme reduction in the number of fish caught compared to being on the kayak.

Gotcha . . . comparing to yak fishing.  Not sure you get much shelter from weather in a yak?

You may be underestimating the enjoyment, technical aspect and productivity of beach fishing . . . especially under the cover of darkness.

Fishing under bridges offers excellent cover. I also don't fish at night.
