I'm with you!  I love knives and collecting some.  I'm a huge fan of Spyderco in general and specifically their Salt Series.  I do a lot of kayak fishing and I keep a Spyderco Serrated Edge Dragonfly Salt 2 made of H1 steel tethered to my PFD.  I've been recently carrying a Spyderco Salt 2 LC200N Wharncliffe serrated.  It's a great knife.

I have a pile of other salt series knives that sometimes make the rotation, but they are the 2 most carried this last year.

Mora Stainless Companion. 3/4 serrated.   Under $30

I think I'm going to cut scallops into the spine for scaling

Also a clam knife.

Eta.   That's saltwater.   Freshwater usually my SAK Huntsman.  But I did just get a Gerber Dime for my tacklebox.

In the surf I carry an Aqualung micro squeeze on my belt and another Aqualung as a backup. I want a Spyderco Salt but I don’t want a folding knife and the Salt fixed blades are mostly too large or out of stock. I keep looking for the serrated Ark but they’re hard to find.

If I’m fishing freshwater and am not getting wet I usually have a Montana Knife Company Speed Goat on me. It’s what I usually have with me, fishing or otherwise.

Spyderco ‘Ark’ can do it all, but it is quite diminutive. There is usually a small folder with a Marlins spike in my pocket as well.

I wish Spyderco would bring back the blunt nosed Caspian.  I missed out.  Recently picked up a serrated LC200N Swick 6 but haven't had a chance to put it through its paces yet.  For folders in pocket, I carry either a serrated LC200N UKPK or Pac Salt 2.  Spyderco Salt series rock, but serrated Byrds work just as well for 1/3 rd the price except for the corrosion resistance.

How are you carrying the ark? On your belt or lanyard around the neck? If I could find a serrated one I’d jump on it.

I don't have the Ark, but I've mounted the Boltaron Swick 6 sheath on the left shoulder strap of my day pack at 45 degrees handle down cross draw.

So like some of you I use different knives for different applications

for spearfishing I am currently using a Riffe blade due to its secure sheath and grip design that facilitates thrusting which is how you dispatch fish under water. The serrations are what you want if you get tangled in dyneema, rope etc

FOR SURF

I am currently using a Spyderco fish hunter worn horizontal on my surf belt. I like this knife because when I am standing in the dark in water I want a knife that is pokey and aggressive and the fishhunter and its serrated blade is that and cuts braid and rope really well

For boat fishing I use  a few different blades depending on what I am doing

an Ag Russell Sea Master with Marlin spike makes a great all around boating knife

but I do prefer fixed blades and these cast Cobalt blades a Basic 1 & 3 from David Boye are great tools for salt water

The Basic #3 would also make a great surf blade as well as a larger offshore  boat blade and the #1 is a really handy little cutting tool and probable my favorite for river and inshore

My kayak safety knife is a Spyderco caspian salt blunt tip. As mentioned above, it’s discontinued. I’d love to see the caspian salt brought back in LC200N

I also carry a pacific salt 2 in LC200N and it’s a beast. I can use it for opening packages, making bait, cutting gills and making steaks.

I used to carry a native salt in LC200N and a combo edge bench made griptilian in N680.

I use a morakniv stainless heavy duty on my belt (added a lanyard), and a Cressi Lima as a backup on my suspenders.

I also have a fillet knife in the trunk (for fluke season).

Given how bad saltwater messes up knives, I really like these as they are good and cheap (just need to spend a little time sharpening them when you first get them, but that is pretty much every knife I have ever owned from $20 knives to $800 knives).

The Ark  (always ready knife) is a neck knife, but I carry it sheathed in a drytop chest pocket. Never rinsed it, or the original Caspian Salt that gets use all year; these knives do not know how to rust.
