That's too bad, but can't you can use the other arm to drink?

God gave us arms for fishing and drinking

What else is to do?

Mom's always have priority. You are a good son.

Now just be mindful of all those floating hulks in those water coming from Honduras

I’m gonna make it down there sooner or later. And Carole loves that nasty hot weather :dismay:

@saltfisherman - Why don't you come across and join us? I promise to talk no politics for the day if you do.

Obviously I have Better things to do or I would have chimed in.

Unfortunately yes. Not arriving until the 15. Have fun.

@Fishing & Hunting ????

For some reason, I couldn't add you to the list above. Apologies.

Thanks for tagging me. I’ll be there. Really nice bunch of SOL guys last year. Looking forward to it!

Count me out. I'm waist deep in home reno, FTX fallout and related forensics

That all sounds like justification for a road trip

The easiest site is just over the Inlet, south of Coral Cove Park on the south end of Jupiter Island. No gates with easy street-side parking, short walk to the water. Usually quite isolated. And at that tide, there should be a good drop from the suds.

I will post up exact coordinates but I park where the line is and walk in at the first access point, just north of the condos. There are reefs out there, so be careful with swimming baits or jigs, just don't fish them too deep (I have left more than a dozen Hogy paddletails in those rocks). Best to walk in and fish from the circle shown below and south to just in front of the first condo, there is a good reef out there and tarpon and sharks cruise that entire strip.

It is only a 5-7 minute drive from Carlin Park

That works for me!

That exact location may not work. @gman1253 and I went there this morning to discover that the beach access stairs are all being reconstructed after the damage caused by Ian. I do not know if that work will be done in ~3 weeks but I can check it out. If not, I can offer another alternatives nearby, just up the road a half mile.
