FS Century SS1265 local p/u San Mateo, CA

Hello,

I have a Century Sling Shot SS1265 I'd like to sell. Local p/u in San Mateo, CA only. Unfortunately, I do not have time to gather all the materials to ship at this time. I bought this rod from Tackle Direct in 2018. I used it once in the surf with a Penn Slammer 4500 to try it out. Second trip out, I met my bro-in-law on the jetty, slipped and shattered the butt end. Local rod builder, sent it back to Century and they fixed it, but they did not replace the grip. Pics attached. There is a bit more rash up the grip. I can add more pictures , if requested.

It's in pristine condition, except for the grip. One small nick on the top half. Doesn't look great but it's almost new. Asking $225.

How much if the butt was shattered?

The butt was shattered. Century fixed it. They didn't replace the grip though.

Was the entire butt end replaced?  Who was the local rod builder that had it fixed?

Do you have a micrometer there?

I have a century butt, I’m trying to find a top for!

 I would love to know what the top of the butt measurements are on that rod!
