Looking for a game camera for a remote location with no wifi or power.

The cellular ones look like the ticket.

Need one with rechargeable batteries and a solar panel.

You guys must have some good once mounted out there.

Which ones should I be considering?

Tactacam Reveal is the best combo of affordable price and cell plan, and picture quality. Not sure you'll need the rechargable/solar setup. I get nearly a year with lithium AA's, and that's in video mode which uses more than just stills. But it's an option if you have to have it.

Power is one thing.

Signal to send the pics is different.

No signal, no picture sent.  Power won't matter.

Too remote and you might as well get regular cams and check them the old fashioned way.

And there's both Verizon or AT&T versions so you can get whichever has the best coverage in your area.

If you're gonna leave some fancy expensive cellular-enabled thing out there unattended you should get a 2 or 3 pack of cheap regular trail cams to guard it.

It will be high in a tree on my property. Neighbors also have an eye on the place…

Sounds like you bought in a nice neighborhood.

Can you give us a hint what you're hoping to capture?

I'm assuming you need real-time access to the images, correct?

Ideally I’d like an alert and reasonably quick upload.

Security is secondary, but important, observation of work activity is priority.
