So yesterday I exerted more energy than usual for me...... Mrs. rocky took my pulse because I said to her "my heart is beating really fast" a couple of hours after I was done working in the yard.  She did it the old fashioned way by hand and watching a clock. She said my heart rate was twice as much as it should have been at a resting state. She wanted me to go to the hospital and I took a baby aspirin instead.

All was good until I opened up a box from Amazon today and saw this.

I hear all the "Dips" being called out already you Bastards! The only thing that I am going to leave one of you guys are my "Shoe Lifts" for LBI Surfrat!

It's dibbs, not dips.

And it's not a heart attack, it's a stroke.

what you really needed was a blood pressure machine because elevated HR with "normal" BP is ok-ish.

But if your BP was up in the 170/100 range, with elevated HR, that's trouble you grifting leprechaun bastid.

I’d go directly to the er and get checked immediately. If there’s nothing then ok get in better shape. It just might save your life if they find something. Get up and go.

Probably not a condition to self diagnose, you should see a cardiologist. You may have afib.

I agree with you 100% and I do see a cardiologist for a couple of issues already. Not diagnosed with AFib but I wouldn't be surprised if I had it.

Yes possible for sure, my uncle has it and takes medication to control it. Get checked out.
