Personally, I only post from my PC.  I have never even logged into SOL on my phone.  I don't think that's unusual.

Do you think a guy with 241,000 posts doesn't have a way to log on from home?

It literally was just very bizarre to me that someone posted non-stop during work hours but not at all when not at work.

but it was never "not at all"

and I have explained why,

but I honestly believe you are just excited that you are getting THE fish'nmagician to respond to you.

It pretty much was.  What, maybe 1 post a month that was not during work hours?  This will be a hard one for you to deny.

.  I rarely log in from home after hours.

back in the day when the Tavern was more fun,

I would log in from home to add to a funny thread

but it was always important to get on after a fling and get first crack at posting pics or commenting on them.

now I log in if I'm really bored and nothing of merit is going on.

I deny it.

I also don't understand why it's so important to you......

if you literally dropped dead tonight,

I would never notice you were gone or think about you.

This is a fun lunch read from my computer at work.  I rarely log in from home after hours.

That's why you only have 10,000 posts.

I personally get my fill of the site in during the day/business hrs and when I get home it's family time and or fishing.  I dont think it's an odd behavior.  .

It's not "important".  It's just one of those weird these that make you scratch your head.  That and the post count.  And the fact that you could get to that number while only posting from work.  It's really quite weird.

My theory is an addiction to SOL, or message boards in general.  that would explain the 241,000 posts.  And the no posting at home was like an alcoholic not drinking at home.  Hiding it.

You are a  different case.  You average 1000 posts a year. If you posted 15,000 times a year, it would be different.

Consider this, you spend all day posting, 1 after another.  Then, at 4:30, you don't even log on at all.  For the casual poster, it makes sense.  For a heavy hitter, it doesn't.

I'll accept that but why are we concerned about the activity of other members?  I get that some simply cant or do not care to be as active as others on here but why should that be a concern of anyone else?

this thread is literally started by a guy who is part of a PM gossip group that speculates about the private lives of other members.

it's scary how seriously some people take this.
