A kayak and the cover of darkness. If Karen’s awake at 2AM just watching her beach, her problems aren’t with you lmao

I think you're fine so long as you aren't with the home depot bucket brigade. I've fished plenty of "private" beaches and walked by residents with a simple nod and wave, never an issue.

plenty of sound beaches with this issue....owning the boulders 50yards from shore.

yet when their septic pollutes and closes the beach for 10+ years they are let off with a wrist slap

For 10 years, Glen Cove’s Crescent Beach has been closed due to bacterial contaminants found in the stream that empties out into the beach.

Although the level of contamination has changed over the decade and has been mostly concentrated to water 4 feet from the coast, there have been instances when the concentration of bacteria has been 1,000 times higher than what is deemed safe for humans

We had heard rumors that it was coming from the homes adjacent to the beach,” “Now that the study shows the accuracy of that, it is important that those parties responsible be held accountable, and be mandated to clean up the sewage problems.”
