IDK; but it certainly is pretty cool. reminds me of some kind of flatfish/kwickfish...

I’ve tried playing around with making plugs like that. You can get some pretty funky swimming actions with that basic design, with a lot depending on the location/balance of the front eyelet.

Thanks, it’s too bad they cast like a boomerang the way I’ve been making them. 
 

looks like maybe a weight in the tail in the op plug?

Depending on size of OP’s pink  lure , I think either a salmon or walleye trolling lure.

I think it might be a musky lure, but can't quite locate it

 

closest i can find yet...
