Had an opportunity to resolve a matter with the good folks at Penn.

Excellent customer service.

Pleasant, response people every step of the way.

Couldn't ask for better service.

I also had an outstanding customer service experience just this past week.  I'd like to publicly thank Jim @PENN Fishing for his time and consideration.  I'd also encourage folks to utilize this forum for anything Penn related.  They monitor the group and are responsive.  No message went for more than an hour without a reply.

I too had a rod crack and after sending pictures, they sent me a brand new rod.  Great to deal with when needed.....

i totally agree.  Penn has been super supportive of the sport, their return policy and this website!   Keep that in mind in considering your next purchase!!
