So as promised, I took the pup for a false dawn walk on Sat.  Didn't see a single person fishing as far as I could see North or South.  I didn't bother with Sunday as the wind was pretty gusty.  Monday was the same as Saturday.  Again, I'm not suggesting what others are saying about crowds is NOT true, but it is proof open sand can be found and fished free of any hassle.  Have fun fellas.
