Help with Plug ID (Found on Cape Cod Bay Beach)

Found this while walking to a spot the other day.

The remaining line on it appears thick and old.

 

Obviously the plug is homemade.

 

I was wondering if anyone could provide any additional info?

 

Doubt it is anything special…but wanted to check here first.

Ok, went same route & found another one this AM…obviously, just a bit more modern.

The first one looks like a hobby builder.  The second one looks much better, but I don't know ID.  I would keep walking that path, cause the plugs keep getting better, lol.   Next could be a beachmaster, Habs or gasp a Bassmaster.....

I lost atleast 16 lures last year

The needle looks like a ****.  I agree with MikeK, keep walking that path and maybe you find a Bassmaster.

Good path to walk on, sounds like a regular used tackle depot.  The 1st one (blue) looks like a repainted bluefish bomb.
