Another billion down the tubes:

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Biden administration said Monday it was shipping its biggest yet direct delivery of weapons to Ukraine as that country prepares for a potentially decisive counteroffensive in the south against Russia, sending $1 billion in rockets, ammunition and other material to Ukraine from Defense Department stockpiles.

The new U.S. arms shipment would further strengthen Ukraine as it mounts the counteroffensive, which analysts say for the first time could allow Kyiv to shape the course of the rest of the war, now at the half-year mark.

What’s another thousand million dollars when your kid is gonna get back eight or ten of them himself in the next few years? It’s only tax payer money, nothing Biden or Congress scumbags need to worry about.

There are other countries like China and India who are playing the situation for their own benefit.

Hang on - you don’t think Americas Congress is playing the situation for their own, personal, financial benefit? It’s literally the only reason they get up in the morning.

Do you oppose American military and financial support for Ukraine?

And one more question, though functionally it’s the same as the first.

Are you comfortable with Russia taking Ukraine?

$9 billion in financial aid, another $45 billion in defense contracts to replace the equipment we sent over to them.  How do I get on this gravy train?

Get invaded by a historic enemy of the US now acting out again. Have your cities destroyed and looted. Have your people brutalized. Make sure to ask the Russians to commit an atrocity each week to keep you in the minds of America. And post lots of cute internet videos and awesome explosions.

Do you have any evidence other than the Hunter story that the children of American politicians are being corruptly enriched in Ukraine by laundering American aid?

That story is a few years old and didn’t involve aid money.

Curiously enough, the Russians also look to Ukraine for washing machines.

I oppose any money laundering through Ukraine and I very much oppose any physical military help, like boots on the ground.

No, I'm not comfortable with Russia taking Ukraine, but I'm less comfortable with Congress printing more billions of dollars that makes all our dollars worth less so they can enrich themselves, their children on Ukrainian board seats and their friends and families. People in Congress or the WH shouldn't be able to have their children collecting millions from the countries those Congress people are giving our tax dollars to. It's dishonest. If it was you or me, we'd be in jail. Instead, they just vote themselves raises and longer vacations.

You need more evidence than just the president's crack addict, whore mongering son collecting $80,000/month for a no show board job in an industry he has no experience in? You don't think that's enough evidence of their money laundering scam in the Ukraine? I think there are three or four other scumbag Congress people with kids on Ukrainian energy boards for multimillion dollar board jobs they aren't qualified for, but I'm not here to do your research - the president's piece of **** kid collecting millions should be enough :dismay:

Corruption and nepotism and self-dealing are corrosive in a free society. It puts a lie to some of our most important values— undermining merit, proficiency, effort, fairness, achievement, trust, and accountability.

I never could support HRC because she rode Bill’s coattails.

Corruption is endemic in Russia. I think this is likely a major reason for the struggles of the Russian military.

Not really. More likely an attempt to gain access or influence than an attempt to launder foreign aid. Doesn’t make it any less disgusting.

I’m not trying to convince you that Ukraine is free of corruption. It isn’t. But the stakes here are high and allegations of the misuse of current aid should be backed by good evidence.

I will stop bugging you about it.

I do not want our money going to Ukraine, I do not care about Russia taking over Ukraine, we have enough problems here.

However I do think Putin was in fact performing a "special operation" and not trying to take over Ukraine.

Good evidence is the president's son, who smokes cracks on camera, argues with prostitutes over more crack, owns an illegal firearm, disposed illegally of another illegal firearm and takes videos with Chinese prostitutes is sitting on a board of a Ukrainian energy company and gets $80,000/month for not showing up to a job he has absolutely no qualifications for. While his dad throws billions of dollars to them. And has been throwing billions of dollars at them, long before Russia invaded. Hunter's job is a kickback, not a "gee, we hope you treat us well" it's a "thank you for the billions, keep them coming". Money laundering. Kickbacks. Congress is dirty, that's why they are all multi millionaires.
