Fishin must be great.  This place is a ghost town!

For me, June 21st is my kickoff.  School's out & I'll have more free time to fish.   Up untill then all my free times goes to family time. Wife can't do all that much(MS) so it all gets piled to the weekend.

Went out Sunday night and did very well at a local spot.

I caught all my bass on eels, alive and dead. Smallest was 39", largest was 48", it was a really good night and the bass hit very aggressively.

We can talk about fishing without spot burning.

CT doesn't seem all that friendly when you look at the other state forums.

Smaller state, less access.  I'm not talking about my spots bc people aren't capable of finding their own spots.  And if someone knows where I fish and I post I did well the night before you can bet those people will be in those spots.

Not smaller than RI, and there is plenty of activity in the RI forum.

I read on ProStaff Daily: "all larger fish swimming towards RI"

This was confirmed by 2 YouTubers. Get your clambrellas ready and drive northeast next weekend!

had a good spring for stripers from the kayak. Have been looking for fluke the past two weeks w/ no success.

When does the fluke bite pick up typically? I remember reading a lot of older threads about keepers being hard to come by

Thanks!  I've driven by there dozens of times, had no idea.   As a Stratfordite at heart, gotta support this business.  I know where I'm getting my Father's Day shellfish from!
