· #6 Posted May 27 · Report post Tomorrow ; Grilled hot dogs. Make Chili. Chili dogs, and assorted other dishes to clean the fridge out. Sunday ; Huevos rancheros and spicy smashed potato pancakes. Chili dogs. Grilled chicken, asparagus, and new potato's w/a balsamic reduction glaze. Monday ; Huevos rancheros fajitas w/sliced marinated flank steak. JD Sounds like a good menu, I'm with your wife, pork ribs over beef ribs every day. Tastier, juicier, more tender and absorb a good vinegar based bbq sauce with it. Pork fat does in fact rule. Beef ribs can be dry and have too much meat, 2 or 3 of them and its time for the showers, a rack of pork ribs are needed to feel satisfied.
