Canal Power Plant

That will be expensive electricity.  I have to wonder why they don’t use the canal current.   Especially with the plant right there.

Good luck with that. It did not run for years because of fuel prices and now they have NEVER been as high!

Maybe this is a way, to use the canal at a future  date, and have water wheels every 100 feet on both sides of the canal, haven't they tried one already, who ever is buying  the power plant, knows how much money it's going to cost to produce electricity, so they have big money, then they will get permits try the water wheels and they will make billions, and all that yen will go to Japan, sayonara

Correct.  It was going to be the first plant in the world to run solely on cow manure.
