Never even heard of sturgeon being around here before Historically, they are native to all the major rivers and bays in the area. Sadly, now limited to mostly the Merrimack, Taunton, and CT rivers. There have even been posts here with pictures before. Legally you aren't allowed to handle them, they have to be immediately released if caught incidentally.
