bleavens1962
Tons of catfish from shore on dead shrimp, big chop and lots of wind. Weeds are pretty bad... Will be nice when weather calms down
Drako
Once the cats move in it's time to move to another spot, further up or down the beach or try changing things by trying to cast further or even closer....sometime it also depends on how your shrimp is....nasty old shrimp that's been left out in the heat/sun...will more then likely bring in the cats faster then anything else...and again its fishing, i saw a lady catch a over slot snook on a stinky nasty dead shrimp...so go figure Semper Fi > Always Faithful"Everytime History repeats itself, the price of the lesson goes up"

DarterMan
I can’t speak for the west coast, but the snook bite is picking up on the east coast. Always several fish right around dusk on small swim baits or very small bucktails with trimmed-down Fat Cow trailers. Right in the wash.

bleavens1962
Water is pretty flat and hot, 88 degrees. Not much activity of any kind along the shore, spent maybe an hour at the beach, no bites ( dead shrimp) and didnt see anyone, maybe 10 other people, get any action at all.
