Once the cats move in it's time to move to another spot, further up or down the beach or try changing things by trying to cast further or even closer....sometime it also depends on how your shrimp is....nasty old shrimp that's been left out in the heat/sun...will more then likely bring in the cats faster then anything else...and again its fishing, i saw a lady catch a over slot snook on a stinky nasty dead shrimp...so go figure:rav:
