tk118
Out in the float tube the other. Sacrificed a couple of flies to some pickerel before I caught a half dozen or so and also caught a nice smallmouth. slowroller
Been a very tough start for me this year, hooked and lost several steelhead early on and then the big skunk stuck around until today. Picked up two fish in two hours after work. Stonefish, KidDkivahh, BWalsh and 3 others
Fergal
Mail call. The 5wt is not for me and it’s a pretty sweet rod. Kerry also replaced the grips on my first rods from him that are close to 25 years old at this point.  KidDkivahh, Stonefish and PhillyPhisher 3 ASMFC - Destroying public resources and fisheries one stock at a time since 1942. Hook I
3/18 10:30 - noon lunch at Raimondo’s with the big boss  2 pm -4:30 pm on my favorite water  Took my 7w sink tip because I don’t have a 6w for large streamers and water was moving pretty good . I can feel my legs getting old , 1brown in the am 2 in the pm best was 14 “  there was a lot of anglers at 68 degrees,  in a flannel shirt long sleeve it was nice , I threw some store bought streamers by a famous tier because they were large and advertised well  but nada , red butt black WB took one and my BT Micky Finn with pink and junglecock took the two In the afternoon hatch was BWO and a few Caddis no risers . Met a guy coming off  from Texas talked  a few my streamer which produced was his to try . Edited March 18, 2022 by Hook I KidDkivahh, titleguy and PhillyPhisher 3  If it has fins i want to catch it
PhillyPhisher
Took a very last minute trip to pyramid this week. Fishing was rough. It started good with a few fish on both Monday and Tuesday then it just shut off. The weather on Thursday seemed perfect but brought only one fish just before dark. Was supposed to head home Friday but a storm was rolling in on Saturday that I was really hoping would turn things on. Made a few calls and got the go ahead to stay. Fished hard all day with no luck until just before dark, when I landed three pretty quickly. Glad I stayed. No big fish. Only heard of one over 10# caught while I was there. Most were finding 4#ers if anything. Always a good time down there. It was really nice to get away for a bit. snapper1, Hook I, slowroller and 8 others 10

I was supposed to get up there for the first time last week, but couldn't get away from work. My buddy ended up with a handful of fish, biggest I think was around 8lbs. This year's season on the American has been dreadful, but keeping hopes up for a decent blueback run and the start of shad run.

Mallard1100
The fish have moved in. Felt great to catch some nice fish on my own patterns after learning to tie over the winter. PhillyPhisher, BWalsh, KidDkivahh and 3 others
