Love this kid.

He doesn't have the measurables scouts demand in QBs this day,

doesn't have the height, the arm....

Didn't come from a College with a decent program,

was basically on the scrap heap career wise a year ago.

but got a last chance and has taken advantage of it,

plays with grit and tenacity more than natural skill.....

in addition to loving watching him play, he also seems like a great kid with a LOT of character.

Everybody loves newbies when they make it look easier than it is, it usually doesn't last. So far, he has won the fans over and is convincing Rivera he is for real, jury is still out.

decent decision maker and IMO more suited for backup role. believe they have him signed for another year. lots of moxy and will scrap to win. Needs a lot around him to go right to win.

of course it is......

I don't have much expectation that he will become an elite NFL QB.

there is a reason that size and arm strength is coveted.

I'm just giving the kid some love.

He has done a great job considering all his limitations....

AND.

his character seems to be exceptional.

it's a fun underdog story for as long as it lasts.

and I'm rooting for him to have it last long enough to get some Dollars in the bank.

You take away Washington's  running game and you expose the teams other weaknesses. But Taylor will be the big thing Washington fans will remember about 2021. Just too bad the supporting cast around him couldn't play most of the season.
