Vsx200 or vsx250?

It depends on what 10' 6' you have and what components are on it. A 200 would most likely be the right fit. If reel speed is a necessary factor, then the 250 might be the right tool for the job. Keep in mind that both reels are kinda heavy by today's standards.

What Night Owl said it depends on the rod. I have a 10' ODM with a 200 and a 10' Kennedy Fisher with a 250. Both fit well. My KF is my Montauk/bolder field combo. I can put a lot more pressure on fish and not be as concerned with "high sticking".
