I usually stumble past that one and eat at the Mick joint just down the street and get hammered on Guiness and **** with the tourists.  BUT...it looks really good.  I'll have to try it next time I'm up there.  I'll give you a shout - we'll get hammered and go fight with the Franks.

Boru is amazing.  It is also BYOB and I usually bring the two guys cooking a craft beer.  The food and ramen is killer.  I just had to edit because my wife told me they added Beer, Wine and Sake so no more BYOB

For Bristol, I usually hit Redleffson's for Kraut food (but I understand they closed), or Quito's for seafood. Haven't hit any noodle joints down there.
