Big cormorant has been parked in my back yard for two weeks feasting. I'm sure this thing is eating its weight in fish everyday. Can I blow this things head off and still sleep at night?

Do you have issues sleeping? Perhaps an extra drink, or toke, would help?

I wouldn't personally, being a law abiding citizen and all. But, you, on the other hand ....
