Old clamps...

I've showed some of these wooden clamps off before,

The other day I found these really cool metal ones.

This one is like an old car jack. Never seen one quite the the same..

This other one mimics the wood ones that I have. Or they were copies of that.

I dunno yet. Further research to be done.

I've got several similar to those. A big wooden one, and a 60" steel bar clamp. Both grandads were metalworkers and I've got a lot of random stuff. How about a shoulder brace egg beater drill?

Looks like an old Jorgensen clamp.

Yes an old one with wooded screw dowels.  The newer ones had iron threaded rods.
I have a couple ,  still use them now and then

haven’t  see those iron clamps with the notches since my school days.
