What a cold front went thru. Violent lightening, and claps of thunder. Sky turned black, wind goes from 0-30mph in minutes. Rain in buckets.

Meanwhile, all hell's breaking loose, and there's a hummingbird at my feeder. :)

Really bizarre the way it came through northern Middlesex County last night. Solid line of scary black clouds blotted out the sun and brought early dusk.

The clouds were so dramatic I was on the roof at work with my cellphone out waiting to video a tornado. I had my escape route and shelter all planned out.

What made it bizarre was with all the scary black drama in the clouds, we got nothing but a sprinkle. I never saw lightning or heard thunder. Barely a breath of wind the whole time.

I was out in a 16 ft skiff this morning when it came through. Not fun. It felt like the golfing scene in Caddyshack with the bishop. Just a tremendous amount of rain.
