I have some TA micro clips 25# they are tiny work with a Rapala cd-1 but don't work well the cupped face on poppers. I'm curious how small the fastach's get.

So many twisted wires out there.

For years I used whatever the lightest wire clip I could find.  Just moved to Mustad Fastach.  Glad to have found them, as my eyes aren't sharp, nor fingers as nimble, to open and close those tiny wire clips anymore.

I stay away from anything with a swivel unless I'm using lures that could spin and create line twist.

Clear freshwater is different than salt at night.  I like fluorocarbon line and as small and minimal terminal clip as possible.

I use the BPS doulock snaps when I do use snaps. 20lb is the typical strength I use when walleye or bass fishing. 150lb is what I use for musky.

Never had them open up on me. The 20lb is small enough and light enough that it does not hinder the lures I use with it.

Oh baby, have I got a treat for you folks.  The Cultiva Tairiki Snap P-20 has got to be my favorite piece of terminal tackle.  The smallest variant, #000, is literally 7mm (1/4") long and provides 8kg (17.5 lbs) of break strength.

I use them for literally all my freshwater/light salt applications.  The smallest sizes can be a bit fiddly for those with sausage fingers tho.
